Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350°. Mix cracker crumbs, brown sugar and melted butter.
  2. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Mix sweetened condensed milk and coconut. Spread over graham cracker layer and bake 15 minutes more. Cool
Frosting
  1. Combine brown sugar, cream and butter. Boil 1 minute. Cool 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Spread over coconut layer.
