Ingredients

graham crackers, crushed

tablespoons
brown sugar
I use half light and half dark brown sugar

butter, melted

sweetened condensed milk

cups
flaked coconut
Frosting
1-1/2
cups
brown sugar
lightly pressed into the measuring cup
1/4
cup plus 2 Tbsp
cream
both heavy and half and half work
1/4
cup
butter
3/4
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat over to 350°. Mix cracker crumbs, brown sugar and melted butter.
Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Mix sweetened condensed milk and coconut. Spread over graham cracker layer and bake 15 minutes more. Cool
Frosting
Combine brown sugar, cream and butter. Boil 1 minute. Cool 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Spread over coconut layer.
